Returning home from overseas military service typically occurs within 24 hours.  This abrupt return to “normal” roles and activities can be a significant stressor.   Our military face some of the harshest conditions imaginable and yet, employee loyalty and commitment to return for an overseas tour, or contribute to the success of the organization is exceptional.  This is a great opportunity to learn how the leadership within the forces inspires the drive, passion, and commitment in their people.
