The
IPMA-CS designation recognizes those with a specialized skill in one
of the above-listed HR functions. Both comprehensive certification
programs are designed to enhance knowledge, improve skills, and
develop the next generation of human resource professionals.
Both certification programs consist
of two requirement areas: a behavioral component based on the IPMA
HR Competency Model (means you have to pass the HR Competency exam),
and a personal profile that evaluates technical capability (and one
must meet either mastery or journey level or a combination as
described in the attached .pdf document).
