The Gold Star Agency Award is presented to an organization which has made a significant contribution to the practice of human resources management in Canada either through its:
- Support to the International Personnel Management Association - Canada and its objectives; or
- Introduction of new human resources management principles and practices which have resulted in a more effective human resource management program in the agency.
Nominations are accepted in the spring of each year.
